Elba “Guille” Garza is an award-winning bilingual Realtor® serving the Twin Cities metro area, dedicated to helping individuals and families build generational wealth through homeownership. With a background as a Computer Science Engineer and over 20 years in the technology field, Guille brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to real estate.

Originally from Mexico and proudly serving the Latino community, Guille is known for her commitment to education, professionalism, and ethical guidance. She holds multiple real estate designations and certifications focused on continuing education and industry excellence, including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), AHWD (At Home With Diversity), C2EX (Commitment to Excellence), and NAHREP10 certification.

Guille has been teaching first-time homebuyer classes since 2012, empowering clients and families to make informed and confident decisions throughout the homebuying and selling process.

She is a past President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Twin Cities Chapter and the Women’s Council of Realtors. She also serves as a Board of Director with Minnesota Realtors and the Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors, actively participating in different committees focused on professionalism, education, diversity, and community engagement. Through these leadership roles, she continues working to help families gain knowledge, access opportunities, and build a stronger future through homeownership.
