Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers engaging STEAM lessons aligned with ELL Advocates’ curriculum and educational approach.
• Implements project-based learning and data-driven teaching strategies to support student growth.
• Creates an inclusive, positive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
• Participates in ongoing training and professional development related to innovative teaching methods and interventions.
• Collaborates with the ELL Advocates support team and applies curriculum, pacing guides, and intervention strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• Teaching certification or licensure preferred.
• Experience with lesson planning and educational strategy development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support diverse and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong organizational skills and passion for STEAM education.
• Willingness to learn and apply data-driven interventions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project-based learning or STEAM-focused teaching methods.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet varied student learning needs.
