Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operations across multiple AI program initiatives, ensuring projects move through lifecycle stages from planning to deployment.
• Manages tracking, reporting, escalation, and coordination across teams and governance processes.
• Translates enterprise strategy into execution plans and ensures delivery of AI initiatives.
• Leads and mentors cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Partners with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders to align priorities and manage expectations.
• Supports business case development, ROI analysis, and investment planning.
• Oversees operational planning, cost modeling, vendor management, and compliance.
• Drives change management, continuous improvement, and adoption of AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in healthcare, technology, operations, analytics, or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience leading teams and managing complex initiatives preferred
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle and governance processes preferred
• Strong project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain accountability across teams

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Weekend work as needed

Salary: $171,433.60 – $248,580.80 per year
