About the Role

Metal Supermarkets is seeking a Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right metal products and solutions. This full-time position offers hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and a steady Monday–Friday schedule in a fast-paced retail and industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, by phone, and through online orders and quote requests.
• Recommend metal products, cutting services, and value-added solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Enter customer and order information accurately into the ERP system.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of customer service, retail sales, or inside sales experience.
• Strong communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
