Responsibilities

• Delivers person-centered nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitors and manages resident health across assisted living and rehabilitation settings
• Supervises nursing care provided by other staff
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including families and healthcare providers
• Documents clinical interventions and resident outcomes accurately

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Minnesota RN license
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• RN experience may be required depending on graduation timeline
• Preferred experience in long-term care, home health, or acute care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize patient needs

Schedule

Full time

12-hour night shifts (6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)

Self-scheduling available

Every 3rd weekend required
