Responsibilities

• Identifies scope of work for new RFQs in collaboration with product managers.
• Submits budget and proposal (B&P) funding requests to appropriate regions.
• Documents scope of work and gathers initial cost estimates from support teams.
• Facilitates discussions to clarify customer requirements and project scope.
• Identifies and communicates questions or clarification needs with customers.
• Develops technical bid documents such as compliance matrices and technical descriptions.
• Coordinates review and approval of technical and quality requirements.
• Manages proposal timelines and drives offer schedules.
• Maintains cost tracking workbooks for proposals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in fuel handling equipment, bids and proposals, sales, project management, or related fields.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF tools.
