Full Time | Exempt

Pay: $60,000 – $85,500 per year

Overview

Provides culturally responsive mental health therapy and related services to Spanish- and English-speaking clients. Services may be provided in office settings, schools, and through telehealth using a trauma-informed and client-centered approach. This role is part of CLUES’ Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, supporting access to high-quality behavioral health care for Latine communities regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Responsibilities

• Provides mental health therapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups in English and Spanish
• Supports clients in office, school, and telehealth settings
• Consults with Behavioral Health staff and interns on mental health topics
• Participates in clinical case consultations and staff meetings
• Builds relationships with community partners and service collaborators
• Provides community consultations and presentations
• Conducts immigration-related assessments and prepares supporting documentation
• Coordinates care with other providers and CLUES departments
• Maintains required clinical documentation and billing-related data
• Meets weekly billable client contact goals
• Responds to reporting and contract compliance requirements
• Maintains confidentiality and follows HIPAA and agency policies

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology required
• Minnesota licensure required or working toward clinical licensure
• Eligible licensure may include LGSW, LICSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or LP
• Strong understanding of Latine cultures, values, and traditions required
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work with clients, coworkers, and community partners professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common software systems required
