Description:

This position supports supply chain operations by handling the movement, storage, and distribution of materials within the organization. The Materials Handler is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping items while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The role also includes maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following proper storage guidelines, and meeting productivity standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are available to support patient care and organizational operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and distribute materials and supplies
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and manage inventory movement
• Follow proper storage and rotation procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and order pickers after training
• Meet productivity and performance standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Ability to operate or learn powered industrial equipment
• Ability to meet productivity standards
• Availability for occasional overtime

Additional Information:

Full-time position with multiple shift options including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

Weekend shifts may be required

On-the-job training provided

Equipment certification provided

Pay Type: Hourly

Compensation: $23.75 – $30.33 per hour
