Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing and Growth
- Develop and lead company-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans
- Customize strategies for different markets and regions
- Facilitate planning sessions with leadership and cross-functional teams
Demand Generation and Business Development Support
- Partner with business development teams to support revenue growth
- Develop marketing campaigns for key markets and clients
- Align marketing efforts with business and pursuit strategies
Pursuit Planning, Proposals, and Storytelling
- Lead proposal strategy and pursuit planning for major projects
- Oversee messaging, content, and proposal development
- Ensure strong and differentiated storytelling
Brand, Creative, and Communications
- Lead brand strategy and positioning
- Oversee creative direction, design, and visual storytelling
- Manage communications and public relations strategies
Digital Marketing and Market Visibility
- Lead digital strategy including website, SEO, and social media
- Develop thought leadership content and initiatives
- Plan events, sponsorships, and promotional activities
Marketing Operations and Analytics
- Oversee marketing analytics, reporting, and tools
- Establish performance metrics and track ROI
- Improve processes and workflows for efficiency
- Report on marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
- Align marketing investments with business goals
Team Leadership and Resource Management
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Provide coaching and professional development
- Manage internal and external resources
- Promote company safety culture
Partner and External Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with agencies and consultants
- Lead partner marketing initiatives with industry stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- 10 or more years of marketing experience
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience in construction or AEC industry preferred
- Strong understanding of business development and sales environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

Salary: $155,000 to $242,000
