Supports company sales goals by driving growth in industrial, specialty, nitrogen (N2), and medical gas sales. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships while managing contracts, tracking opportunities, and providing technical expertise.
Pay
$65,000 – $80,000 per year
Commission opportunities may be available

On-call requirement (3+ weeks per year)
Responsibilities
- Supports gas sales growth and agreement signings across company locations.
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
- Pursues major gas accounts and develops new prospects.
- Provides technical expertise on gas products and services.
- Follows company sales process and value-based selling approach.
- Tracks sales opportunities using pipeline tools.
- Develops business plans to renew and expand existing gas agreements.
- Conducts pricing and margin analysis with sales managers.
- Collaborates with sales representatives on bulk and cylinder accounts.
- Works with operations and cryogenic teams on equipment and project quotes.
- Manages bulk contract systems and documentation.
- Researches and targets new industries for nitrogen (N2) services.
- Stays informed on market trends, products, and service offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or business-related certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial, medical, or specialty gas sales preferred.
- Valid Class D driver’s license.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and influence decision-making.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
