Responsibilities

• Provides reading tutoring sessions to students in 20-minute intervals.
• Follows structured schedules to ensure all students receive support.
• Builds positive relationships and encourages student growth and confidence.
• Tracks student progress and meets with on-site coach regularly.
• Conducts reading assessments and enters data into tracking systems.
• Participates in training and coaching for professional development.
• Represents the program and shares experiences with the community.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable with strong attendance record.
• Able to follow instructions and apply feedback.
• Basic computer skills including email and online systems.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• Able to pass a background check.
