Position Summary:
Plaza del Sol is seeking food entrepreneurs, caterers, and small business owners to join a new cultural and commercial hub on St. Paul’s East Side. Opening in Summer 2026, this development is designed to support Latino entrepreneurship and create a vibrant destination for food, culture, and community.

About Plaza del Sol:
Located at 990 Payne Avenue, Plaza del Sol is a major development led by the Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC). The space is designed to remove barriers for entrepreneurs and provide access to resources, visibility, and long-term growth opportunities.
This project will feature a food hall, commissary kitchen, and event center, creating a dynamic hub for business and community engagement on St. Paul’s East Side.
