• Responsible for troubleshooting and completing repairs in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintains accurate customer records and provides high-quality customer service to clients.

Plasma Cutting Table Specialist

• Travels to customer sites to perform repairs and installations safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment using advanced plasma cutting table operations.
• Calibrates equipment, updates software, programs systems, and performs preventative maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

Plant Production Manager

• Oversees gas operations, plant functions, and dry ice production at the Saint Paul location.
• Manages inventory, production schedules, personnel scheduling, and cylinder assets.
• Trains staff on proper procedures and ensures safety and quality compliance.
• Works to meet company goals while supporting core values and company culture.

Automation Technician I/II

• Travels to customer sites to complete repairs and installations safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses basic robot movement while providing excellent customer service.
• Performs light programming, software updates, and supports preventative maintenance programs.
