Position Summary

Each One Teach One (EOTO) is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs. In this role, you will help individuals maintain independence, participate in community activities, and achieve personal goals while ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others through direct care and community support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals served.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support community integration and participation in recreational activities.
• Follow individualized support plans and care guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Promote independence, dignity, and personal growth for individuals served.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a DHS background study.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mental health needs is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available Shifts

Day/Evening Schedule
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Awake Overnight Schedule
• Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Weekend Positions
• Every Weekend: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Every Other Weekend: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
