Full Time | Hybrid | Exempt

Pay: $115,000 – $135,000 per year

Overview

Senior executive role leading internal operations, organizational systems, and infrastructure. Partners with the Executive Director to support growth, compliance, and mission-driven impact.

Responsibilities

• Leads organizational operations, systems, and cross-functional alignment
• Supports strategic planning and executive decision-making
• Oversees staffing structure, performance management, and organizational design
• Manages compliance, audits, risk, and financial coordination
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
• Provides oversight of programs, lending operations, and initiatives
• Builds relationships with partners, funders, and stakeholders
• Supports board reporting, governance, and organizational performance tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, finance, nonprofit management, or related field
• 7–10+ years of leadership experience in operations, finance, or administration
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit systems, compliance, and governance
• Experience leading teams and scaling organizational infrastructure
• Commitment to equity, community development, and economic opportunity
• Advanced degree and bilingual skills preferred

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Occasional evenings and weekends
