Position Overview

SEH is seeking a Construction Services Intern to support municipal engineering and construction inspection projects. This internship provides hands-on field experience with construction projects and potential overtime opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with municipal engineering and construction inspection work
• Participate in on-site inspections and project monitoring
• Travel to project sites and meetings as needed
• Support project teams with construction documentation and coordination
• Gain experience reading roadway plans and specifications

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Project Management
  • Related undergraduate program
• Ability to travel as needed for inspections and meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Construction inspection
  • Monitoring or supervising work crews
  • Transportation or construction projects
• Knowledge of roadway plans/specifications
• Familiarity with:
  • AutoCAD
  • Bluebeam
  • Microsoft Word & Excel
