Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to procurement project managers and supplier performance engineers.
• Guides on-site supplier quality engineers and sourcing specialists.
• Serves as the primary liaison between the site and the broader supply chain organization.
• Aligns site operational needs with company-wide supply chain strategy.
• Leads management of commodities produced at the site.
• Oversees capacity planning for materials and services.
• Forecasts demand, identifies bottlenecks, and evaluates supplier capabilities.
• Tracks supplier performance including delivery timelines and production milestones.
• Ensures compliance with inspection, documentation, and program requirements.
• Represents the site in planning meetings, program reviews, and readiness assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in engineered products.
• Experience leading supplier quality, sourcing, and planning functions.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong leadership and execution skills.
• Experience with supplier development and escalation management.
