This program provides hands-on jobsite experience, mentorship, and exposure to construction careers.

Participants work alongside a mentor to build foundational construction skills and understand jobsite expectations.

Future employment opportunities may be available based on readiness and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general labor tasks on active construction sites
• Use hand tools, equipment, and materials as instructed
• Learn and follow jobsite safety rules and procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, climbing, and pulling
• Complete additional tasks assigned by mentor

• Ability to travel to different job locations

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a community-based program or school
• Basic knowledge of construction processes through experience or training
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
• Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
