Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties
• Manage real estate transactions from inquiry to closing
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends and regulations
• Communicate effectively with bilingual clients
• Support marketing and community engagement activities
   

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one; training available)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate sales and property transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in English; Spanish, Hmong, or Arabic preferred
• Previous real estate experience is a plus
