Core Responsibilities

Airport Planning & Infrastructure

You would:

• Develop airport master plans and Airport Layout Plans (ALPs)
• Evaluate future airport infrastructure concepts
• Coordinate long-range aviation planning
• Manage zoning and variance processes
• Support environmental review processes

Project & Program Management

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinating technical planning documents
• Leading stakeholder communications
• Overseeing multiple concurrent planning initiatives

Aviation Operations Analysis

You would:

• Analyze flight schedules and demand projections
• Support passenger flow and aircraft movement simulations
• Review forecasting documentation
• Ensure FAA and MnDOT compliance

Stakeholder & Regulatory Coordination

You would work closely with:

• FAA
• MnDOT Aeronautics
• Metropolitan Council
• local governments
• airport tenants
• consultants
• internal MAC divisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
