Elba “Guille” Garza is an award-winning bilingual Realtor® serving the Twin Cities metro area, dedicated to helping individuals and families build generational wealth through homeownership. With a background in Engineer Computer Science and over 20 years in the technology field, Guille brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to real estate.

Originally from Mexico and proudly serving the Latino community, Guille is known for her commitment to education and ethical guidance. She has been teaching first-time homebuyer classes since 2012, empowering clients to make informed and confident decisions in the homebuying and selling process.

Guille is a past President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Twin Cities Chapter and the Women’s Council of Realtors Twin Cities Metro. She currently serves in leadership roles at the local and state level, advocating for fair housing, access to homeownership, and opportunities for first-generation buyers.
